Cardinal Development Company has been in operation since 1986. The primary stakeholders of our privately-held California corporation are Scott C. Rimland and David J. Seidner.
SCOTT C. RIMLAND
President
Scott has been with Cardinal since graduating from the University of Colorado in 1989. While at Cardinal, Scott has been involved in all aspects of Cardinal’s development, management and leasing activities. Scott assumed the title of president of Cardinal in 1995 and is currently responsible for overseeing all of Cardinal’s management, development and leasing activities. Scott has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker since 1991.
Born in Newport Beach, California in 1965, Scott his wife Margy and three children currently reside in Newport Beach.
DAVID J. SEIDNER
Principal
In addition to being co-owner of Cardinal Development Company, David is also a managing partner of several real estate investment partnerships. He is involved in the daily operation, management, and development of over $125,000,000.00 of investment real estate primarily in the industrial and self-storage product type.
Born in Los Angeles, David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont Men’s College in 1984, and he received a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California in 1989.
David is an active member of Young President Organization and he is currently on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Orange County.
David and his wife Leslie live in Newport Beach with their four children.
