Our history of innovation began with one of the firm’s first ventures when we introduced the world to our trademark Autoplex auto repair centers. Later, foreseeing industrial and residential storage trends, Cardinal created the Extra Storage brand.
Today the company’s commercial holdings and chain of 12 storage facilities form the centerpiece of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and projects spread throughout Southern California.
Over the years, Cardinal’s expertise and influence have expanded greatly. To date, the firm has built multiple commercial properties in Brea, the City of Industry, and Corona; originated and serviced millions of dollars of loans; acquired substantial properties throughout Southern California, and through joint partnerships, entitled and sold numerous residential lots.
Throughout our decades and generations of transformation, the flight pattern that got us where we are today remains unchanged: Cardinal is always looking for good ideas, outstanding opportunities and exceptional people to work with.
