Cardinal Development Company has been in operation since 1986. The primary stockholders of Cardinal, a privately held California corporation, are Scott C. Rimland and David J. Seidner.

Cardinal recently completed development of a 55,000 square foot industrial project in the City of Brea. The project consisted of two buildings for sale on 2.7 acres of land. Other recent Cardinal developments include a 100,000 square foot self storage project in the community of Valencia and a 100,000 square foot self storage facility in the City of Costa Mesa. Other recent acquisitions include a 50,000 square foot self storage project in Lake Elsinore, a 200,000 square foot industrial building in the Irvine Spectrum, a multi-tenant industrial project in Huntington Beach, and a 100,000 square foot business park in Cypress. In the past, Cardinal has acted as a fee developer for the Newhall Land and Farming Company, developing a 60,000 square foot multi-tenant park and a 30,000 square foot retail center.

In 2005 Cardinal will focus on select acquisitions in the Southern California market. It will seek value added opportunities and well located in-fill land parcels to develop. Cardinal continues to have excellent banking relationships with Wells Fargo Bank and has previously internally financed all equity requirements.

Scott C. Rimland - President
Scott Charles Rimland is President of Cardinal Development Company, a real estate firm specializing in the development, management and leasing of self storage, industrial, automotive and strip retail projects.

While at Cardinal, Scott has been involved in all aspects of Cardinal's development, management and leasing activities. Scott assumed the title of president of Cardinal in 1995 and is currently responsible for overseeing all of Cardinal’s management, development and leasing activities. Scott has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker since 1991.

David J. Seidner
David J. Seidner is a co-owner of Cardinal Development Company; a real estate management and development company. David is also a managing partner of several real estate investment partnerships. He is involved in the daily operation, management, and development of over $50,000,000.00 of investment real estate primarily in the industrial and self-storage product type.
